GAYGIRL PARALYDISE

South London's Gaygirl have been gigging relentlessly around the capital since their 2016 formation. Propping up line-ups with the likes of Shame and Sorry, their heavy indie rock sound has been compared to the snarling bite of Wolf Alice's louder material. New single 'Paralydise' is a huge step forward for the band, recorded at Hermitage Works Studios in North London with cult hero Margo Broom (Fat White Family, Catholic Action & Goat Girl) on production duties, the four piece are sounding more powerful than ever before. Huge guitar riffs are greeted by singer Bex's nineties-esque pop-rock inspired vocals, which strike the perfect balance between nasty and nice and at a mere 2 minutes and 18 seconds long, this is track is well worth your time. -Holly Mullineaux
